Course Description/Purpose:
This online course was recorded at the Inaugural RAISE Summit, held in Houston, Texas, in March 2025. The program enriches U.S. practitioners with innovative techniques and the latest global insights in facial aesthetics, emphasizing a regenerative, multimodality approach that incorporates diverse tools available in aesthetic medicine. The course features lectures from leading experts - including Jani van Loghem, MD, PhD; Shino Bay Aguilera, DO; David Saadat, MD; and Cheryl Haseeb, DNP - and includes patient injection demonstrations integrated with cadaver-based anatomy instruction to enhance both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
To complete this activity and receive credit, the participant should:

- Complete the entire self-study
- Complete the post-test and evaluation/claim form

Educational Objectives
Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:
- Explain the rationale and clinical considerations for blending calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) with hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, including rheological balance, reversibility implications, and safety in aesthetic applications
- Apply safe injection practices in high-risk facial areas by limiting bolus volume and using anatomical landmarks to guide needle or cannula placement
- Understand the importance of anatomical landmarks and facial layers to ensure safe and effective injection placement with biostimulators and dermal fillers
- Differentiate the mechanisms of action and clinical applications of CaHA and PLLA in bio-regenerative aesthetic medicine
- Describe strategies to differentiate a medical aesthetic practice through enhanced patient experience, comprehensive consultations, and loyalty programs
Target Audience
This CME-certified activity is primarily intended for clinicians with an interest in regenerative medicine as it relates to biostimulatory fillers. The primary audience includes specialists in dermatology, facial plastic surgery, oculoplastic surgery, and plastic surgery. Clinicians with a focus on cosmetic and aesthetic procedures will also find this activity highly beneficial.
