This program at the 2019 Global Aesthetics Conference included lectures, discussions and live injections. Tips & Pearls from My Practice gave faculty the opportunity to share key things that have led to success in their practice.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Discuss ideas on how to establish positive and professional relationships with patients with a goal of furthering effective communication.
- Compare ideas on how to establish a practice culture which encourages a continuous review of office policies and procedures with a goal of maintaining a successful patient-centered environment.
- Review practice procedures in areas such as patient photography which can help maintain a standard way to evaluate and counsel patients as they continue to present for treatments.
